The average client at Grit Gym is over 50years of age and walked in with extensive aches and pains.
We don't get to make random workouts.
It's far easier to make things worse then to make them better.
We have to Assess, make a Plan, and continue to progress wisely as we train together. So you can get strong for what's important to you.
This is high level Personal Training. We specialize in Movement.
The training is delivered in a bit of subversive humor to keep it fun. So we don't take ourselves too seriously. However, the workouts are taken extremely serious. This is you're health. You're most important asset. You'll know why we're doing each exercise, how to do it and we're going to be there to guide every repetition.
Depending on where is best to start for your specific circumstance, you'll find the training here to be somewhere between physical therapy and Strength & Conditioning with a few almost yoga'esque type movements and constant attention to how you move through each exercise.
This will be like nothing you have ever done before. NO ONE does this.

FIRST, we'll do a health history and an assessment of your alignment, joints, and movement patterns to know where you've been, where you want to go and where is best to start.
SECOND, You will get a program tailored specific to your body and goals based on your assessment.
THIRD, We get to work. Together your coach and you will go through every step of your program that will change every 3-5weeks as you progress.
