Most of our community members are approaching or over 50 years old and are discovering what it means to move, stay in shape and get strong without pain, fear of injury or feeling out of place. And they look and feel good. Really good. Your body isn’t failing you. It just needs the right help. Also, If you’re 20-30 years old, at the top of your game and looking to flex in the mirror throughout your workout, Grit Gym is NOT for you. Hey, it’s nothing personal. There’s just no mirrors.

We Take You Beyond the Physical (Safely)

Many of our members come to us because they have sustained injuries at other gyms or just didn’t get the results they were promised. That’s not the Grit way. Our world-class training programs are not designed to beat you up, put you through hell or redline your body. That’s a sure way to put you in the ER and out of action for months. What we’re about is finding the most effective and safe training regime for your level of fitness, personal goals and your age. We want you to enjoy the journey, not dread it.

Exclusive, Yes. Conventional? Never.

We might be exclusive to members of a certain vintage but we are by no means conventional or conformist. You’ll notice the difference the moment you step into Grit Gym. No side eye, no attitude, just friendly and supportive people all wanting to get the best results together. We don’t even have mirrors on the walls. That’s how much we don’t take ourselves too seriously. And we laugh, we laugh a lot. If you have a subversive sense of humor, you’ll fit right in. Oh, and we have a shake bar and even happy hour on a Friday. Like we said, never conventional!
