"I have been going to Grit Gym for over 2 years now. My main reason for joining was as I was getting older I wasn't happy with how my body was responding to the daily things, e.g. getting out of bed in the morning and my back hurt, doing simple yard work and I was sore as heck the next few days. So I made the decision to join after doing some research, and couldn't be happier with the results.
All of the trainers (Adam, Tori, and Eric) are excellent. They explain each exercise and emphasize correct form. The classes are the right size and the other members are awesome. For the first time in my life, I am the closest to being at peace in my own skin, this was heavily influenced by the quality of movement, nutrition, recovery and mindset education I have received from Adam and his staff. Adam is an incredibly driven and purposeful individual that will not sugar coat the work you need to commit to for you to get the results you want. He and his staff support you to keep you focused along the way. Yes, the work is hard but worth it. I have the energy to keep up and play with my kids. I am communicating so much better in my marriage, we are happier. I have incredible focus in the work I do. I am able to live the life I want to live everyday.
