Is happiness the goal?


What expectation do you put on happiness?

We do a lot of things to make ourselves feel good.

We eat crappy foods that aren't very healthy for us.

We go and get relationships that aren't very healthy.

We reach for sex. We reach for booze. We reach for drugs. We even go to doctors to get the drugs.

But does that really make us happy? And is happy even the goal?

Isn't it a bit ridiculous to be happy all the time? It's okay to feel other emotions,

Are you going to choose you?

Are you going to be all in or afraid you're not enough?
