There's a lot going on here besides those arms.
For any abwheel variation. Don't think of going as far as possible. Think of going as far as you can without the sacrificing the low back.
The shoulder blade needs to move on the rib cage. The arm is just sort of along for the ride.
If you try to stay long as you can while also remaining strict in that position...all will fall into place. But only go as far as you can.
Avoid going as far as you cannot.
Notice how she doesn't go down and touch her nose to the floor.
To do so would be a mistake.
She goes to the point where she can maintain postion. Just like she should.
