You're not going to stretch your way to strength, muscle bound doesn't exist, and cardio is NOT king for anyone.
Pain is not weakness leaving the body. Exercise should not always be enjoyable. More sweat does not equal a better workout. Soreness does not indicate a great workout. Everyone does not have to squat or squat deep. You don't need to run 5 miles a day. You can't train strength and cardio at the same time.
