“I don’t have time”
That is the one of the biggest lies, excuses and errors we tell ourselves on a day to day basis.
“I don’t have time to go to the gym.” “I don’t have time to meditate.” “I don’t have time to live the life that I want.”
It’s bullshit. We all have time. We all have the same amount of time. Bill Gates only gets 24hrs, Oprah only gets 24hrs, WE only get 24hrs.
It comes down to what we chose as a priority and doing it every single day.
Momentum in the mind is no different than momentum in physics. An object in motion wants to stay in motion. When you are hitting all your workouts, every day, at the time same - you are more likely to hit the next one and you are more likely to do the other things in that will make your life incredible.
Take time out of the equation all together. Set a time you are going to get a workout in everyday. Write it down. “I am going to workout at 8:30am every day.” The decision has been made. There is no time that needs to be put toward making that decision. Time equals distance divided by speed. So get moving as fast as possible.
Think of fear as a bacteria. Bacteria needs a certain environment and certain food to grow. Fear NEEDS time to grow. The more time you spend avoiding acknowledging your error. The more time you let the fear feaster. The larger it will grow. The stronger it will grow. Take responsibility. Don’t’ blame others. Suffocate that fear. Don’t give it a second of your time. You don’t have time to rationalize your fears.
You do have time to workout and create the life you want to live.
