People are constantly asking what restaurants are the best options for staying on track with their health and fitness plans. Well, that's a tough nut to crack considering that adding extra fat, carbs/sugar and salt are the easiest ways to make food taste so good that people are beating down the door. 

This is why Grit Gym approached local restaurant Short's Eastside, so we could collaborate to create a healthy menu that allows you to eat out AND stick to the plan. Here's to Shorts for having an open mind, and here's to YOU for setting the example for what the rest of the world can be. You're carrying the torch that's saving the day. Keep that up!!
