Semi Private Training (3-5 people/group)
Individualized training in a group setting of 3-5 people.
As well as a more affordable means of training, Semi Private also creates a very motivating atmosphere where someone is always there to pick you up (even on down days), improving each workout, leading to achievement of goals and performance in other areas of life like the field, court and/or mat, while still maintaining individualization in each program.
Collegiate athletic teams, think tanks, physical labor: we perform and excel in groups. We feed off each other’s energy, accomplishments, and accountability.
